Description

A top-morticing door restraining stay for heavy windows and light doors. Suitable for timber, aluminium or PVC-u.

Extruded aluminium mortice channel housing. Yellow zinc plated and passivated steel slide arm.

Integral compression shock-spring to cushion any uncontrolled full-travel opening.

Nylon friction block with adjustment mechanism.

Opening Angle: 70 to 110 degrees depending on positioning of channel and and head plate.
