The Kitch Catch is a unique way of enabling two way and one way gates to be easily opened from either side and even more importatly easily closed, by anyone. The Kitch Catch is especially useful for disabled people or people pushing wheelchairs, prams etc. and because the gate only needs a gentle push to close it from either direction, people are more likely to ‘close the gate’ making the countryside a safer place for people to enjoy. The kitch catch is particularly suitable for footpaths, parks, playgrounds and gardens and meets all the requirements of the Disability and Discrimination Act (DDA).
