Perko Powermatic® is a top-of-the range architectural door closer for concealed door jamb mounting with smooth adjustable fully controlled 'latching' action. This product is fully CE marked and us suitable for doors upto 80kg/950mm wide. Adjustable closing speed and latching action.Suitable for 1/2 and 1 hour fire check doors. Successfully included in tests to BS EN 1634:1. BS EN 1154:1997 fixed power size EN3.Certifire approved. Meets the requirement of Approved Document Part M for opening force and is therefore DDA compliant. Forend plates in Brass finish.

Please note that doors with tight or badly fitting blade, brush or bristle intumescent, acoustic or draft seals will adversely affect the operation of this type of device. Please contact us for further advice prior to purchase.
