Zone 550 'Warrior' Trapezoidal Padlocks

The 550 series has been specifically developed for use where the strength of the padlock is a priority. the fully enclosed hardened steel sheckle prevents any attack by conventional bolt cutters and the solid hardened steel body prevents attack by drilling or sawing to a high degree.

The hardened steel anti-drill plate protects the CEN grade 4, 6 pin cylinder which is fitted as standard and is fully replaceable.
As the cylinder is easily replacable the padlock can be master keyed, or keyed to customer specification.

The padlock body is weldable so permanent fixing to security gates is possible.

Zone 100 Closed Shackle Padlocks

The 100 series padlocks are a closed shackle version of the popular 10 series brass padlocks. The hardened steel shackle is held in the locked position by a double ball locking mechanism. The lock is protected by a 5 or 6 pin key system with a key retention feature in the unlocked position. The shackle configuration prevents attack by conventional bolt cutters and, when used in conjunction with a security hasp & staple, provides good levels of security.

Zone 700 Block Padlock

The 700 series padlocks have been specifically designed for use on roller shutter doors but can be used as an alternative to closed shackle padlocks. The shackle configuration, especially when used in conjunction with a security hasp & staple, prevents attack by
conventional bolt cutters.

Zone 750 Armoured Padlock

The 750 series padlocks have been specifically designed for use on roller shutter doors but can be used in any application as an alternative to closed shackle padlocks. The shackle configuration, especially when used in conjunction with a security hasp & staple, prevents attack by conventional bolt cutters. The hardened steel cover provides a high degree of drill resistance.
