An extreme heavy duty, but slimline electromagnetic swing free/hold open door closer, for use in schools, public buildings, offices, hotels, hospitals and nursing homes.

Rack and pinion mechanism. Fixed power size EN4, suitable for doors up to 1100mm wide / 80kg max. weight. Adjustable closing speed and latch action. Electrical rating 24v DC, for relay link into building fire alarm system. Separately adjustable valves for closing speed and latch action. 180° opening angle. Universal LH and RH Application. 10 year guarantee.
