A budget spring chain door closer for concealed door jamb mounting. Suitable for most light and medium standard size internal domestic doors. This device is 'uncontrolled' in that it simply pulls the door closed with a simple 'slam' action. There is no soft latching action though the spring tension can be adjusted. If the door is fitted with a latchbolt we would advise the use of an 'Easy Keep' latch strike plate (see link below) which will ensure full closure each time. Not suitable for doors fitted with rising butt hinges or projection or 'parliament' style hinges.Forend plates in Polished Brass finish.

A budget spring chain door closer for concealed door jamb mounting. Suitable for most light and medium standard size internal domestic doors.
