Standard Stock Item Ref: C15042
Commonly called "M" section because of its distinctive profile, this design has the advantage that it can be inlaid or surface fitted. A popular installation technique is to surface fit the strip, and then add tiles or décor panels up to the maximum of 5mm thickness to complete the transformation from surface fitted to inlaid design. Regularly used by shopfitters and bookcase manufacturers because of its versatility and higher rigidity compared to the raised strip design.

Note: When using surface mounted Universal bookcase strip, shelves must be a minimum of 11mm shorter overall than the internal width of the cabinet.

Black rubber buffers for use with the 7471 and 7473 single studs only. The moulded stem fits securely into the centre of each stud.
