Series 400 Mini Hinges by Salice are compact, elegant and very strong.

Salice Series 400 Mini HingeAdjustments:
Compensated side adjustment from -0.5mm to +5.5mm
Height adjustment +/-2mm
Depth adjustment with 200 and 700 series mounting plates +2.8mm
Depth adjustment with DOMI® mounting plates from -0.5mm to +2.8mm.

Mounting Plates
Series 200 with traditional assembly and pre-determined stop, available in steel or die cast, symmetrical and asymmetrical. Snap-on assembly on DOMI® series, in steel or die cast.
Anti-sliding safety stop.

Use the diagrams below to determine the correct hinge that your require.
The calculation required to determine the correct mounting plate height is shown next to the diagram.

Key to dimensions
 
S = Carcase Thickness
T = Door Thickness
A = Door Inset from Carcase Edge
L = Space between Door and Carcase Face
K = Distance from Door Edge - Hole for Hinge
D = S - A
H = Mounting Plate Height from calculation shown

Full Hinge Use a hinge with 0mm of Crank or a Full hinge if the cupboard door fully overlaps the carcase as shown left.

Use the following formula to calculate the height of the mounting plate required:
H = 12.5 + K - D

Half Hinge Use a hinge with 9mm of Crank or a Half hinge if the cupboard door partially overlaps the carcase as shown left.

Use the following formula to calculate the height of the mounting plate required:
H = 3.5 + K - D

Inset Hinge Use a hinge with 17mm of Crank or an Inset hinge if the cupboard door in inset to the carcase as shown left.

Use the following formula to calculate the height of the mounting plate required:
H = K + A - 4.5
