The NSDX adjustable soft-down stay is for drop down flap doors. It is a visually pleasing unit with an exceptional reliability. It gently slows the descent of flap doors and also keeps them securely closed so no catches are needed. The speed of motion is easily adjusted by a screw on the body of the stay. Hinges can be piano, butt or drop. Can be used singly or in pairs. Left and right handed versions available.
